Our Story

Passionate about construction since his teenage years, our founder completed his first solo roof renovation at the age of 16. This passion has transformed into in-depth field expertise, acquired through more than 44 years of building, renovating, and analyzing buildings.

Throughout his career, he observed the many challenges faced by buyers and owners, which led him to found La vis cachée in 1995 to offer much more than just a technical inspection. The goal was to support people in their real estate decisions by providing them with a clear, honest, and actionable view of what they were about to purchase.


Today, our team benefits from triple expertise in inspection, real estate brokerage, and building education for future brokers, allowing us to offer each client a comprehensive view of their project.
